Skype is free for most services. All you need is an internet connection and a computer that has a camera with microphone and speakers. Most newer laptops and desktop systems have these. If your computer doesn’t have a camera built in, you can buy an inexpensive camera at most computer stores.

What are the steps to starting eTherapy?

Click Contact Us and the therapist of your choice will email you an intake form, discuss rates and then set up an initial appointment. Subsequent appointments will be set up per your needs as therapy progresses.




How do I make an appointment?

If you have not set up future appointments after your initial session, click Contact Us and your therapist will send you an email with available times. Appointments can be scheduled 24/7. Multiple time zones are not a problem; please inform us of your time zone during appointment scheduling. Appointments are made to fit your location and schedule at your convenience.




How long are the appointments?

How do I pay the therapist?

Your IPS therapist will email you an invoice periodically per your agreement. When you receive the invoice, there will be a link to the therapist's PayPal account. You can pay with credit, debit cards, bank transfers or your own PayPal account through the PayPal web site link.
If you want to make a payment before you get an invoice, you can go to the Payment page and click the Pay Now button next to your therapist.
You do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay your invoice.




Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance, but we will happily provide you with a detailed invoice of services rendered; or a simple diagnosis and treatment plan if requested by the insurance company.

No. You do not need a PayPal account to pay your invoice.
PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers in addition to transfers between PayPal accounts.

Are treatment sessions completely confidential?

Yes. Should you wish to have your information shared with a specific agency or another doctor, a “Release of Information” document will be provided, signed by you, and directing IPS to release specific information to a designated person.
