Natalie is Counseling Psychologist working with adults looking to harness their courage, compassion and inner wisdom to overcome life’s challenges and lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives. She uses a range of therapeutic interventions including Empirical (CBT and REBT), Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches.
In her work, Natalie commonly sees clients unconsciously repeating patterns of behavior that are blocking, complicating or undermining their happiness. What was once a clever behavioral trait is now a self-sabotaging reflex. Natalie helps her clients spot such patterns and construct new ways of being to realign with their life goals.
Natalie also co-hosts the monthly gathering, Women's Workshop HK. It aims to foster a sense of community among women by providing an in-person forum for conversation and connection. For more information please visit: www.womensworkshophk.com/
